To encourage participation in the auction The Captain is holding a contest. All you need to do is to pledge to either donate an item to be auctioned off and / or pledge to bid on items that are in the auction. That's it! If you are willing to help out the auction this year one way or another, you can enter this contest.

The best part is this is entirely on the honor system guys. We trust you guys to help out in this worthy cause. We just want to thank you in advance.

Once again you have proved yourself to be truly someone of class. I am respectfully out as I have been a recipient of your generosity in the past. I will not be donating anything to this year's auction, however I will probably end up bidding on something.

I will not be donating this year, but I've actually got a few hundred bucks set aside for this year's auction (I've been planning on it). We'll see what is up. I'll definitely be picking up something!
