The folks at WCS are great. I always knew that they had excellent customer service, but I recently experienced it firsthand. My Colonel X2L had been shedding since I bought it in May so I contacted them asking about possible ways I could fix it. I tried their suggested remedy, but it did not work. They then promptly sent me a new brush as an exchange and paid shipping both ways. I've been using the new brush for a week and it seems fine - no shedding. Thanks WCS!

WCS is great! Same place I received my Colonel from last year. I love that brush.
WCS is one of the best vendors to do business with.

WCS is a step above most. They answers your questions, often times by physically going to get the product (thanks Lilly!) and ship fast - across the US in 4 days! We have a group of top notch vendors on B&B and they should all be supported and recognized.

I've ordered from them before and it came quickly with no complaints. I check out their deal of the day pretty regularly for some steals.
