A big "how the hell are ya! from north of the 49th

A cherub faced canuck here..Just ordered a wetshave kit from FENDRIHAN of a Merkur34c but it wont be arriving till monday. CANT wait to carve myself up the for the first time.
Bought a set in an attempt to eliminate the horrible razor bumps from my 3blade Gillette Ultra..even using Razor Bump Stopper II isnt helping all that much.

I switched for the same reason! I've had literally no razor burn, rashes or redness since switching, even when I accidentally applied pressure. That's the main difference besides using a soap or cream for lather, don't use any pressure. Once you get the hang of it it's easy!
