500g tube of Proraso

OK, so this seems to be a no-brainer of a purchase in terms of value. BUT, are there shelf-life worries? I still have a full 150g tub + about 1/4 of a 150g left in my den. But I was going to put in an order for some other soaps and stumbled upon this monster tube. Will I have to worry about it going bad at all if it sits in the back of my den for a year or so?

Greg, do not worry at all. Take the large tube and enjoy. Proraso is a fantastic barbershop shaving cream.

Thanks, Marco! I was hoping you'd be online. Yes, I LOVE Proraso. My mother first introduced me to it via C.O.Bigelow and then when I was living in Canada I found the real thing and just love it.

What is this "limited rotation" of which you speak?

I have the 500g "Pillow" of proraso. I have had it about a year and it's doing just fine. Even the half of the tube I emptied into a vintage palmolive shave cream jar.

I have had my one half of a kilo Proraso tube since I started about 2 years ago and it is still good. When I finally got a tub of another brand empty I filled it with Propraso. I am almost at the end of my big tube of Proraso. It will always have a place in my rotation.
