Tonight EJ was back, lathered with the Moka-Express and that meant the Rocca was on duty. I was happy to give it some use as it is still the favourite of all my razors despite the recent purchase of the Lupo. It is just so smooth and easy to use, Muhle just seem to have a knack of producing incredibly smooth and beautiful razors.
The result was a BBS despite being the 17th shave with the Personna Platinum blade

Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Brush: Yaqi 24mm synthetic cashmere
Razor: GC.84 SB, Al Handle, KCG #9
Bowl: Turkish copper
Post-shave: Nivea Balm, Hyaluronic Acid

I only needed a basic shave, but since everything was working well, did the full near-BBS. On its 9th shave, the KCG blade still felt OK.

A short story- During my first GRUME, (May 2021) I was successful but was out the next month because I thought I HAD TO HAVE a lime cream. This is it.

Breaking News: I knew I had a RR Hawk SE razor somewhere. I finally found it yesterday. Now I have two single edge razor options for next month.
