I like the results on the lighter .357 loads. The heavier loads physically hurt in my 2” Taurus.

I have a 686 and even with 158 gr. loads it is a pleasant gun to shoot. I shot a J-frame S&W in .357 for the 1st time last year, rented it on a whim at the range. I am pretty sure the 10 rounds I put through it are the most unpleasant I've ever shot and that includes a .44 Magnum Super Blackhawk w/ sweaty hands.
