Several years back WCS introduced a budget silvertip. I picked up one. It was very good, but I make more money now and have bought better brushes since. I probably haven't used it for more than 4 years. It was the tortoise shell torch with a 26mm knot. I have zero complaints with its performance and price.

I purchased 2 WCS silvertip brushes from them on sale some time back, and both are pretty nice.

I bought a Turquois synthetic brush a few years ago when they had a super deal on them. I like it but see they have tripled in price since I bought mine. Can't say how good the badger brushes are since I have an Omega Silvertip in a 22mm.
