3 New Brushes

Had some good fun restoring the two oldies and the blue die was just for laughs.

Next I want to make one from an old Catalin Die. I'll have to search the auction sites for one that's priced reasonably.

Not yet - I just set the knot about 2 hours ago. It's a 20mm TGN finest w/extra hair.

The brush on the right is a 20mm black badger - I'm guessing the loft is about 49mm. The Die - which I just used and it's a fantastic little brush - is a 20mm finest with extra hair - loft is maybe 48mm. The one on the left side is a 20mm pure, loft is probably 49/50mm.
I didn't measure to set the loft on these - during that part of the restore I kept fiddling with the height/loft and when it felt 'right', that's where I set it.

The blue die brush kicked the snot outta some Trumpers tallow tonight...

The Blue die has bloomed a bit and it looks really sweet on the shelf.
It's an amazing little brush too - it feels really good to get the lather going on my face with it.
