At 3,000 and still a week away from home. Pasteur's is in my future.
Since landing here at B&B...I have learned so much about shaving, and learned how much more there is to learn.
I have conquered my fear that I could not wet shave due to tremors. Conquered my fear of Feathers...and Open Comb razors.
I have discovered so many of the myriad worlds at B&B. Soaps, creams, blades, brushes, After Shaves...and from all around the world. I've got blades coming from Russia and from Thailand, a brush from Larry in Texas, scuttle from Robert Becker in Texas, a re-plated New LC from Krona Kruiser...Holy Moly

I am now venturing into scents, and I have a new, unlikely hero...
Luca Turin. My sense of smell has been turned back on, and I smell everything! Standing in the security line at Pearson Airport in Toronto...the trash can reeked of cigarettes and stale beer. Why? Were smokers and drinkers getting that one last drag and glug before being scanned or x-rayed? In my apartments I can tell if Mrs. Maloney or Mr. Johnson had preceded me down the hall based on her perfume or his aftershave. And maybe my nose is picking up smells in a quantum way. Oy! I love it.
And the people...that I love the most. The people here are friendly, welcoming, smart, and often damned funny.
What a place to hang, neh?
So,embarking on my next 3,000. I hope you toss your hat in the ring for my two current PIFs. Oh, and thanks for keeping me company, on this long, long business trip.
