I got some Tabac for Christmas--first time trying it today. It's a great soap! I'll be anxious to use it over the coming years. LOL.
I'm almost set for the start of sabbatical. I need a styptic pencil and I'm debating if I want a Proraso green. I don't need it--I have plenty of soap to last. But I'm really low on cream and it's one of my favorites. I'd hate to go out in 4 or 5 months because of wanting some for the summer....

I changed my car.
Could I ask for some clarification on the rules, please? Suppose I win a gift certificate or other item in a PIF, can I trade it away or donate it to the charity auction without "going out"?
Rule 7: Trades will be limited to two trades a month with non Sabbatical entrants (not counting B&B pass-around boxes), unlimited with those still in the Sabbatical, as shipping does add up. Shipping costs for trades are exempt.
Gifts to others (which I'm sure includes donations to Saint Sue Charity auction) aren't shaving purchases for yourself and are fine. Just don't buy something, try it then give it away--that's where it gets iffy. We are all gentlemen with the intent to follow the spirit of the rules and not try to find clever ways around them.
I'm off to Walmart today to pick up a couple of small items I need and I'll be ready to hit the starting line!
Right, I did read that, which is why I asked for clarification. If you receive a gift certificate as a PIF, you are not allowed to buy anything with it. But if you trade that certificate for something, you gain something you did not have before the Sabbatical started. See what I mean?
