The Red Sox played amazingly all year long. The season was magical and the players were enjoyable. Without a doubt, the best team won each series. Hopefully my 'stros won't lose too many players through FA and those that remain will be healthy in October of '19. Looking forward to another amazing ALDS and/or ALCS for the Red Sox and Astros.
A big +1 to that! They were something else--one of the best teams I've ever seen take a field. Congratulations to them!
Was it my imagination, but the L.A. fans don't seem to be into the game. Every time they would pan the audience you would see the fans - including all of the celebs - playing with their cell phones or having a blank look on their faces. The Boston fans made more noise with half of the people. [And I am not a Boston fan]
The kind words the players had for their manager was great to hear.

That was just a stroke of luck. Next year they will do...nothing. Go Cubs! Well, at least the Cubs' latest Series win is not a black & white picture.
Picked up a cheap outfield glove today...well, cheap compared to the three to six hundred dollar ones, to play around with. It should do fine for backyard stuff.
