1930 Gillette Winsor set Etats Unis D'Amerique

Last week I found and bought an French Gillette 1930 Winsor set.
Not the prettiest but i couldn't resist the Etats Unis D'Amerique ingraving and printing on the baseplate and inner lining. It also has an G in D stamp but not the one I'm formilair with.

Any other known sets like this one or with the same ingraving or stamping? Any additional info is welcome.

Yes, that's one very cool engraving. Wish I had one, congrats!

Thanks, but I also wish that I had one too... Due to the French lock down the postal services are currently at an complete stand still. Seller will ship it to me at the first possible moment.

I have a Berkshire, the bottom of the blade box is also stamped “etats unis...”. The GinD was changed either with the introduction of the New or somewhen around the late 20ies.

Lovely find Erik, congratulations. Good luck getting it as soon as possible.

Thanks for the additional info. The lid of the bladebox is missing but i have one to replace it. Possibly the bottem part of the bladebox has the same inscription.

Here is another one I haven't seen before. A Britisch flat bottem new Importe d'angleterre.
