1912 Gem/Star Handle On Lather Catcher?

The 1912 GEM handles that I have fit the LCs I have, but the 1912 Ever-Readys have slightly larger threads.
Some of the early Gems used #6-32 thread and #8-32 threads before settling on #10-32 threads.
You can lock-tite a piece of #10-32 threaded rod in a Gillette handle and use it with a Gem head.

For some reason that looks SO wrong
I guess it's not really two things I imagine together. It's some sort of mutant franken-razor
