1906-07 Gillette Single Ring Combination Set?

I think what I have a 06-07 SR combo set and I've come to this date from catalogs online and my 1908 catalog. I would think if it was after 08 it would be sporting the Gillette Diamond logo. This case does have the Gillette script logo on the underside of the leather button tab. The single ring that is in the case now is one I had laying around and not original with the set. The case is in extremely good condition for its age and I'm very pleased to own it, but would like to try and nail down a year. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you ever seen one with the mirror cover inlay? Wouldn't they have mentioned iin the add that there was a mirror included in the set. Are there any other sets on the document you posted?
