132 Blades - Astra Superior Platinum (Laser marked)

Finished the Astra SP. My 100 blade buy was 8 years ago and those blades are long gone. My recollection of the Astra SP in my purchase was of a rather forgiving blade that was good for 4 shaves but not a fifth. It was the SP that got me in the groove of 4 shaves and out for pretty much every blade I use. This blade did 6 shaves so 50% longer, but at LEAST double the blood. The rating was 7.93. Here's how they stack up so far:

Asco Super Stainless (Orange) 7.56

Astra Superior Platinum 7.93

Asco Super Stainless 8.40

I categorize blades in 3 lots, those I would buy, those I would use but not buy, and those I would not use. So far, I would definitely say the Asco Super Stainless is a buy and use blade. The Abest is a blade I won't allow on my face gain. Where the Asco Platinum and the Asco Super Stainless (Orange) fall is something I do not yet know.
