$1000 for 3.5oz of pipe tobacco?

Not quite sure why this tobacco is so expensive. I mean I guess it could have been grown on some elusive mythical and enchanted island and hand picked by a group of angelic virgins and then hauled in from the fields by a herd of unicorns. Whatever the reason is it does make my apprectate my $45 / pound of Dunhill Nightcap a little more than I normally would.
