1a) Can the heat actually ruin a soap or cream? I recently got a shipment of cream from a maker and it was almost liquid like when I opened it. It firmed up in a fee days, but the performance when I used it was not as good as I had expected.
b) What about cold?

2a) Do soaps and/or creams have a shelf life?
B) If so is there a way to prolong it? (As in best way to store them.)

3) How do you define Artisan vs Non Artisan?

Are Feather ACs and the like considered straight razors? What about shavettes that use DE blades?
I consider them all straights, distinguishing between them as "traditional" straights (those with fixed blades that need honing) and replaceable-blade straights.

Thanks Sam, That should bring some interesting responses, but I agree and considering it was a feather that got Straight of the year that will make for a good discussion
