If you're referring top the Speick Men Active soap in the bowl it's a soft soap and not as hard as the stick. Here are two of my old posts from this thread with more info:

I believe the Diamond blades are made in India. There is a bit more info on them here.
The only way I was able to acquire the 7 O'Clock Diamond blades was by buying a couple of these from an ebay seller.
