KZ Barrel Spline Socket Rod For AR15/M4 Upper Receivers (botach.com)
I ordered another one of these for the AR 10 build since the one I got for the AR 15 worked so well. No more clam shell for me. Thanks to @RandyC for the suggestion!
Worked the morning shift at the range as an RSO. It was pretty foggy at first, but clear by mid morning. I don't know if it was the ammo shortage and prices or what but I've never seen it so slow, only a handful of shooters most of the morning but picked up a bit. There was a local gun show...
I finally got both the Aero Precision M5 upper and lower receivers in for my upcoming 6.6 Creedmoor build. I may start acquiring other currently available parts as I await backordered parts for my 6.5 Grendel build.

I almost picked up some .41 mag "bear loads" but passed as I have no need for them. Had they been standard 210 gr. .41 mag loads I'd have scooped them up. I have a S&W Mountain gun that has been fired only a few times, the wooden grips that came on it are very angular, not at all like classic...
So the lower arrived at the LGS today and I picked it up. It was ordered two days after the upper receiver, which still sits in Lowell, AR since three days ago. I wonder if the difference is because it is being shipped to me instead of an LGS.
