Best choice for an efficient razor

Can't see these two ever leaving. Neither are on display but are users. Probably dumb collecterwise, but they are just way too awesome.

Best choice for an efficient razor

My two favorites ... New Deluxe ... Heavy and extremely well balanced as well as among the hardest to find. The Bulldog Old Style ... another great shave and another very rare piece. Easily the best two shaves in my collection.

    Super Speed question

Much the same and stenosis along with arthritis and spurs around the facet joints. I have become a connoisseur of pain meds. LOL

Spread very thin, but will do my best.

Thanks, Alex. That was a labor of love from long ago.

    Super Speed question

That's where mine originated. Wish it was as easy as leaving the presence of the pain. This damned thing follows me 24 hours a day.

    Christy Razor

I agree about the home brew handle, but it is not a drumstick. FAR too thin. 5/16th inch at its widest. The whole thing finely tooled.

Help ID-ing Aristocrat / Regent Tech?

Definitely not a Regent Tech as it has the end caps. An Aristocrat all the way.

    Super Speed question

Thanks. Forcefully retired now due to chronic pain in the neck, but still actively picking. I still find some nice old pieces, but not as regularly. I miss my time here.

    Super Speed question

Comforting to see my "coined" description of 50's and 60's style Super Speed still survives around here.

    Christy Razor

Bumping this thread. I came across a fresh conventional Christy last week while picking and it prompted me to pull this unique variation out of storage. Any info from a new generation of members? :confused1

    1958 Executive

I came across this beauty at a flea market up in the Ozarks. A 1958 (D-3) Executive in fantastic condition. The thing is I have not seen an Executive this early. It was, of course, in a mismatched case. Anybody know of these this early?

    Vintage Gillette Blade Dispenser

Hello old friends, Long time, no see. I have a question for my fellow collectors. Does anyone have any info on the blade dispenser shown below. It is wall mounted and coin operated and appears to work with five blade packs.

Vintage razor score at antique. Help identify please!

Thanks, Brad. I may venture in more often. Life has been very hectic of late.

Vintage razor score at antique. Help identify please!

Always a good find as while it is almost impossible to use one to shave comfortably (big hands) they almost always have near perfect heads and can be used with other techs with distressed heads and viable handles.

    What razor is this?/with pics!

The NEW's and Goodwill variations are all great shavers. They all use an advanced design for the thinner NEW blade to perfect the cutting angle.

    Tuckaway on Ebay
