Well, there isn’t much more for me to say about this knife. I’m enamoured. It’s sleek, sharp and has a centreline that actually goes to the point. It’s pretty.
What I’m learning though is this; I’ve always bought thin folders as a point of need because that way I can still access my pocket, but...
That’s a nice knife. And good on the manufacturer for fixing it. I can’t imagine it would be hard for them to do - compared to you or I lol.
It would be interesting to know if they would do that for a regular customer though.
I have a Kershaw machete that’s just a big slab oh of D2. I use a file to sharpen that thing. It’s great in the woods.
I also have this Extrema Ratio. It’s got a metal very similar to D2.
It’s an absolute bear to sharpen. Very hard to finesse that’s for sure!

Yea, I’d love to support some artisan knife makers but I just don’t collect knives save one or two. I use my knives. Heck, I got a beautiful Lion Steel flip blade that I absolutely love here not that long ago, but it’s looking a bit rough already. So I do the mass produced thing...
When I saw it for sale at $150... I just couldn’t help myself. I mean, that’s not free, but it’s not the $200.00 I’m used to seeing either.
I’m so excited, I even paid for two day...
