My fiancee has tremendous results with Keto. She didn't modify her workouts, only diet and had great results. But as said above, eat at home. And the first couple weeks are going to suck. After that though, your body will adjust.
Running shoes are very very subjective. What works great for me might not for you and vice versa.
What I'd recommend is hitting up a good local running shoe store with a knowledgeable staff and try on a bunch of stuff. You'll find the right shoe.

Thanks man. Appreciate it. It's been pretty arduous. Went to a sports med doc recently. Discovered that in addition, I've had a sports hernia as well. That's tearing of adductor tendons for me. I start PT soon. Hopefully it will be beneficial. I've essentially been on the shelf the last...
I firmly believe he is doping.
Recently I had a conversation with a former US national champ runner and we were asking him about doping. He believed around 80% of big time Olympic athletes were using and that's despite all the testing today. They are still just a few steps behind the labs...

Nog was still very good when Mir beat him. He probably wasn't at his peak, but he was still a bad dude especially with the first fight. The second fight Nog was definitely in decline but submitting that man at any point in his career deserves kudos. Obviously doping issues have haunted Mir...
I don't see Cain being a factor in the UFC any longer. He could have been an all time great if it weren't for injury and that stumble in JDS I. But now, I think his window has closed. Stipe will be too agile and quick for him today.
If Conor can get fights versus Pacquio and maybe another...
