Zingari Man is one of the few soaps that I'm interested in trying this year. I'm busy trying to work my way through around 30 tubs of soap, but ZM is on my list of things to check out.
It's hard to go against Miles Davis, but I think I'll say that Dizzy Gillespie is right up there as well. I...
Excellent and informative post, Peter. I've owned all 4 generations of Aristocrats because, like you, I figured that I should find my favorite. I've disposed of my 3rd and 4th gen razors and am trying to decide what to keep between my 1st gen, 2nd gen, and #47 Popular set.
From an aesthetic...
I've had 3 more shaves with the 0.95 since my last report.
First one was a shave off with my 2-piece RFB. I can report that the shave off was a virtual tie in both smoothness, efficiency, and joy. If you know the RFB that I'm using, you'll know that the weight differential between it and a...

I just realized that I haven't reported back yet about the Timeless.
As background, I'm very familiar with the Timeless 0.68 as I have had an 0.68 SB for about a year and a half. During this time, it's been my most-used razor by far (150x vs. the next - a Schick E injector - at 42x). More...
Thanks for your review, Gus. I've been looking at both of these razors and developing a slight case of FOMO as I'm gearing up for the 2020 sabbatical. I recently picked up a Cobra Classic and I think I'll stick with that and my General for next year.
