The Seiko "Arnie" reissue today, which is a "grail" watch for me. Received it yesterday.
The knife is a Victorinox Handyman...which I received today. And am carrying now, as Ohio just dismissed its draconian knife carry laws five days ago. Buckeyes can carry knives!
I am in a bubble of 1980s...
Then there's us gentleman who maybe weren't dilligent in seperating our whites from our colors.
And maybe we were fresh out of bleach a few times. And we know such "whites" aren't fit for public display.
Sitting here at Hofbrau Haus, Columbus. And they've got an accordian player doing some standards.
I've been here when football games were on. But honestly, the accordian stuff is better. It's not Shmenge Brothers level good, but it is much like the American banjo.

Ohio. Columbus, OHIO.
It is that kind of week. My Dad died last Monday. Thankfully, I had last spoken to him that Sunday and I got to remind him that I love him.
And this week my sister and I had to clear out his apartment, cancel his cable tv, make funeral arraingements, etc.
As far as is forum content goes, Dad...
Can you imagine a company having the gonads to pull off an advertising campaign like "Hai Karate" these days!?
It rises to an almost "Blazing Saddles" level of irreverence...
Ah! Now that is interesting. I was only going off my earliest memory of it. Which was as a kid at my uncle's house, in his bathroom. Saw a bottle of it there. The adults were in the dining room, playing Risk, listening to the Yellow Brick Road album, and smoking non-tobacco related items...
