This contains Aloe and does a good job in reducing irritation and healing any razor burn. It is a bit thicker than the usual balm, so I do not use it immediately after shaving, but later in the day, or at bedtime, if some irritation exists. By next morning, it is as if there had been no irritation at all. Especially good in neck area if you feel any slight razor after-burn. A very small dab is all that is needed for the neck area.
