Pros: Price. Works decently. Easy to use.
Cons: Basic. Cheap quality.
My first DE razor. It took a couple weeks to learn how to use it. It works well and will give you a nice shave. Do not use the blades that come with it, however. You will outgrow it. I moved on to a Merkur 34C.

The van der Hagen DE razor, purchased at Target, was my fist safety razor. Although the bladed it cam with were horrible, I have had good shaves with others. The shave is fairly mild, and the razor works fine and reliably. I have zero issues with it.

First off, the blade took a bit of finagling to sit properly. That alone speaks to its quality. It was a much more aggressive shave than I expected so that was a pleasant surprise. Price and availability are nice. I recommend this with some reservations.
