This is the 150 ml Proraso 'Green' Cream new formulation, which has not been 'officially' reviewed.
The new formula, manufactured by Ludovico Martelli s.r.l. in Firenze, no longer contains parabens (amongst other ingredients) and the prepackaging logo has gone 'retro' along with the addition of barber stripes.
At a price starting at about €2 (~$2.75) and an average range of about $6-10 in the US, this cream provides amazing protection, lathering and glide for the money. It is the 'Go To' Cream for countless wet shavers and requires little introduction. It can be found practically everywhere in Italy, from pharmacists to supermarkets and beyond. If any considerable differences have been noted, or for that matter, complaints made about the new formulation, I have yet to hear them.
This cream, for me and many others, stands up to countless 'high street' creams sold for much higher prices. I thoroughly recommend it!
