Le Piment de la Vie

Pros: Aroma, ease of use, ease to lather
Cons: None
First soap purchased in a long time. Saw a review on Youtube and decided to try it out.
This is an excellent shaving soap. As soon as I opened the container, I knew this would be a treat.
Just from blooming. the scent filled my bathroom. I used the blooming water on my face. It smelled great.
That was just the scent. The shave was great. My blade glided over my face very well. Three passes and the lather was still good on the last one.
Great shave. I highly recommended.

Found it to be a real performer, but I was not a fan of the scent.
Pros: Cost, ease of lathering, scent, slickness
Cons: None
Completely lives up to the hype. Amazing scent, incredible lather and very slick. Permanent in my rotation!

Out of the 10 or so soaps I've tried including: Proraso, Barrister and Mann, TOBS, Mike's Natural, Razorock, Dapper Dragon, this one is overall the best. For the price and quality it can't be beat. I know opinions vary but for me it is hands down the best soap to date. If anyone knows of a soap that they think is better, please let me know so I can try it out. If not, my research days are finished. At least for now.
