Pros: Smell, lather
Cons: lubrication was OK
So, I figured that I'd give a week (almost) of good use before I made any initial opinions. So, after a few mornings with this puck I have come to my conclusions.
First, it loaded both my badger and boar brushes as usual. I do prefer the stiffer bristles of my boar brush when using a soap though.
The scent is relatively strong when you first start working the soap, but the lather has a much more subtle fragrance.
The lather did what it needed to do when it comes to lubrication, but I definitely prefer a tallow soap, so the all plant based soaps rarely meet my standard.
All-in-all, a good soap, I'd say 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.
