Dior Eau Sauvage

Eau Sauvage is a wonderful, classic old fragrance that is ever new. I rediscovered it just recently after a hiatus of 15 years, and find it is still the same, and excellent for summer or any place where it is summer all year round. It has an unexpected "funky" element that keeps it from being boring. It is clean and just a little decadent. While that element may give it the "sauvage" bit, overall I would say it's more sophisticate than savage. Not overly strong, it's got a lot of citrus in it and is very acceptable in all situations.

Dior Eau Sauvage

Top Notes: Lemon, Rosemary
Middle Notes: Petitgrain, Basil
Base Notes: Vetiver

Okay I really like this one a lot. It does what I wanted Creed Bois de Cedrat to do. It's fresh all the way. The citrus and rosemary work well together but the Basil and Vetiver freshen it up to keep it from being like medicine. To me this could be used anytime or anywhere. It's not too light or too strong. Highly recommended.
