Col. Conk Amber

I'm a big fan of the Colonel's soaps. They have all performed well for me, last a long time, and don't break the bank. There are some in the lineup that have great, complex aromas. Others, like Amber, are much more subtle. Not a bad thing if you don't want to be punched in the nose by your soap. But I like the stronger scents. Still, a great shave and no dry feeling post-shave.

I've used this and must say that I've not really had any problems getting a good shave, but it is a bit boring IMO. Other may love it, and I do enjoy the CC bay rum soap, just not this one.
As a soap it also had ample slickness and the price was great (it came in a four soap sampler pack from WCS). The shave was fine and I had no nicks ever with it, and it seemed to do the job well enough. I will buy again from CC, but not likely this soap.
