What's new

Calani - Dubai

I've read quite a bit about this soap here so was suprised that there wasn't a review already. After reading about it, I found it online at the The Dutch Shaving Shop but have since seen it a RoyalShave.com.

It's a very hard soap and does require a bit of water on top to soften it up a bit. After that, the brush picks up more then enough for a good face lather, which is what I do. I find it lathers as well as any of my top end soaps, it provides the same amount of glide as they do and the lather dries about as fast as my other good soaps, or creams for that matter.

What I like the most is the scent. As a lifelong asthmatic I'm usually wary of scents applied to my face. But this is a scent I like remaining. And that may be a problem for some as it does linger for maybe an hour or so (YMMV).
