Bulldog Post Shave Balm

I have tried a few balms and this is one of my favourites, on first looks it appears to be nothing special but uppon application i knew it would be something special.

As mentioned it has a soft citrus smell, i would prefer something more masculine for the winter months but it is fairly light so not off putting neither.

It is absorbed very quickly, it's a thin light cream so give the bottle a good shake when using it, it leaves no sticky residue and razor burn is nearly all but banished it has saved me on more than a few occasions.

It has plenty of natural oils which explains why it works so well to combat razor burn.

Don't be put off by it's slightly metro appearance it's a quality product that i highly recommend.

Also in superdrug it's available for £3 rather than the rrp of £5 which makes it a bargain so stock up.

Post Shave Balm (Original) from Bulldog, an English company that specializes in 'Natural Grooming' products for men.

It's a good product that is loaded with essential oils inc. rosehip seed oil, citrus (bergamot, lemon, lime), tree moss, vetiver as well as Green Tea extract and vitamin E. Here is the complete list of the ingredients.

But despite all these oils and moisturizers, it's not too heavy, though a little goes a long way. It soaks fairly quickly, soothing an moisturizing the skin. However, there is no cooling sensation. The scent is mild, mostly citrus with some herbal and woody notes. Overall, is a pretty good balm, though I do wish it had some cooling properties.

Price - around £5 or about $8.00 or $9.00 USD.
