These are a very reasonably priced Egyptian blade. You can't go wrong for what little you will spend. They are a bright hard steel of obvious good quality. My pack was a bit on the sharp side. You should definitely give these a try. I will be using them again. Packaging isn't great but I don't take off points for that. I think the packaging is irrelevant as long as they perform well. I only get two shaves per side with these but that is still acceptable since I want a fresh blade by then anyway. The price is also very reasonable.
