Hello! Been lurking long enough, figured I'd jump into the shenanigans I've seen and get my toes wet.
Been shaving with my grandfather's Gillette DE for a while now, much better than the expensive modern cartridges, but seeing all these other shiny pieces I can't help but lust for MORE!
Unfortunately I don't have any real details on the DE, I just know it's a Gillette. No other significant markings on it (at least that Google could find) and I don't have clear pictures taken yet. Maybe I'll get the camera out tonight and try and see if anyone here can tell me more.
Sadly my trusty DE is tarnishing and the plating is wearing off, so I'm on the hunt now for a "new" DE and/or a straight to keep me going while I send ol' Gillette to get replated
