Hello, any users of old Tabac think there is a major difference between the old formulation vs new? Any indicators on packaging that would help to identify old vs new? Thanks in advance.

...My quess is tabac just gets laureths cheaper than some other soap ingredients, so possibly save cash there? Potassium/Sodium Laurate (vs laureth) is soap (vs detergent); it's derived from lauric acid, which is more expensive than tallow.

Sorry, i should have clarified. Im referring to the Edc and Edt.
I've only got my memory to go by, but I'd say that the scent has been pretty much the same the last +50 years, and it's a nice scent too.

Great, picked up some current EDT today. Wondered if there was the same debate with Tabac as Shulton vs P&G Old Spice.
Look on YouTube for Solid Shaves video titled 'Tabac Original, same formula since 1959.?' He does a review of the old scent vs the new.
