Another enjoyable shave with this razor...really liking the edge and performance...sharp yet smooth. 3passes for mixed dfs/ccs/sas results. I've finally understood why many don't do as many passes with the SR as there's really not much to shave the next day...I realized SR shave results lasted much longer compare to DE or SE, even if it's only a DFS.

Shobu edge was sublime…it is truly a toss up between it and the Brick Kiita! The Kiita edge is very sharp and extremely smooth…the Shobudani edge is extremely sharp and very smooth…how’s that for a first world problem!?

Checking out the new ‘chocolate kiita’ and the refreshed edge on Sub Cero was outstanding, silent HHT at almost 1”. The shave was buttery smooth. A M&F Finest, MdC rose and Myrsol Plastic Shave were the supporting cast.

Long time no see, I broke out a straight for the first time in a while. Briefly refreshed the edge on my nakayama bench stone and had a fantastic leisurely Sunday Shave today.
I will definitely be hanging around a bit more as cooler weather limits the majority of my hobbies and duties, more time to shave ahead.
