Refreshing morning with MdC Fougère.
Have not used Lucky Tiger for months. Forgot how good it is.

MDC Monday.
I used my MMOC, Paladin, and MDC Rose for a fantastic shave. MDC is such a great soap, excellent lather, simple ingredients, and wonderful scents.

I load my brush very heavily. After 44 shaves little more than a good dent has been made. Today I used my current favorite brush (Rudy Vey/Shavemac 2 band) and my current favorite blade (Nacet) in my favorite razor (Blackland Tradere SB) With you guessed it, my favorite soap.

No change in my favorites after today.

How long do you load with Ch2? Today was on a hurry so grabbed a tuxedo synth and only loaded for 10 secs because wanted to do just a onepass shave (except goatee) because had a meeting 15 mins later but the lather exploded in my copper bowl and couldnt believe how much I had. Finally did 3 quick passes shave to not waste the nice lather.

I'm done with the original and now using vétyver which arrived a few days ago.

I don't expect this setup to change very much now.

Every day here is MdC Day. Today it was Agrumes, face lathered with a BK4 three times, scraped off with an Above the Tie Windsor with the copper "regular" plate and a Gillette Silver Blue (2). The second shave IMHO is the best. Even though the GSB will serve well for weeks, it will not get any better than this. Aftershave was 4711 cologne. I am inching closer to a bottle of St. John's lime cologne, but this was awfully nice, a routine BBS 10 that the lime might take to 11.
