Garden party cupcake scented
I first saw Natalie MacMaster perform at a ceilidh in Port Hood, Cape Breton when she was about 9 years old. She came from a Cape Breton royal dynasty of Scottish fiddlers, the most famous being her uncle Buddy MacMaster. When she was in her early 20s she started playing stuff like this. To the Cape Breton trad community at that time it was like when Bob Dylan plugged in at the Newport Folk Festival. The old timers eventually got over it...
