Hello, found this early 460b case today. Everything is as it should be except the bottom is padded (like the top) and the head and handle rest are completely missing (seemingly never were there).
After disassembly the bottom velvet, cardboard and glue look to be Gillette factory items and there is no trace of the silk ribbon which should cover the hinge area. Also there are no teeth imprints, like there never was a razor inside.
Ever met a similar one? Some kind of variation, skipped QC or some made pretty good repair?
