Brush Yaqi 26mm Lucky Dice Badger
Razor GEM Clog Pruf
Blade GEM Stainless 4th
Post & Aftershaves Ice Water + Thayers + Hyaluronic + Stirling Haverford Balm
The soap scent strength is good. The scent is...hmmm...cigarish...tobacco leaf? It was creamy and really slick...nice!
The shave with the razor paired with the stropped blade was very smooth and comfortable. 3passes for a bbs to dfs finish without any issues at all. Enjoyable vintage session and good aftershaves. Rating 9.5/10!

Today was the sixth shave with the SOC boar which produced rich lather with the Haslinger Sheep. Nonetheless, for whatever reason, the Feather, my work horse for more than a year, felt quite unpleasent today with two little nicks under the nose, one even in XTG which is very rare. So all in all I rate this shave a 6/10 and hope that the Feather will do better tomorrow.

Razor: Rockwell 6S, WTG/XTG R4, ATG and touch up R3
Blade: Feather
Soap: Hasslinger Sheep
Brush: SOC boar
Pre-Shave: Balea Rasieröl
After-Shave: Osma Alum, Nivea Sensitive Balm

10.0 BBS Another shave with no stubble, nicks or weepers. I ‘neatened up’ my shave den yesterday. While shopping at IKEA or new kitchen chairs, I found a container to hold my 3 tubes of shaving cream. Today USPS will deliver 2 stands to hold each my 2 brushes and razors. Also, in cleaning out the sink, I found a plastic cylinder to hold my Witch Hazel—that way I don’t have the big clumsy bottle on the sink rack.

Rating: 10/10 (Should be an 11!)
Pre-Shave: Cold water splash - Pinaud Clubman Classic Barber Shave Cream (Brushless - applied by hand.)
Soap: WSP Blackbeard
Brush: Semogue Pharos synthetic
Razor: RazoRock Lupo SS SB .72 w/WCS SS handle
Blade: Personna Lab Blue (1)
Post-Shave: Cold water splash - Bay Rum-scented Witch Hazel - Lucky Tiger aftershave tonic
AS: Bootlegger's Bay Rum splash

This is one of those shaves that goes down as perfect. DFS/BBS with no injuries or blood. The Personna Lab Blue just took it's place in the blades that work well in the new Lupo SS...absolutely brilliant. Mowed down two days of growth with efficiency and smoothness. The unsung hero of this gathering is the Semogue Pharos. For an inexpensive brush, it does a job far above its price tag. I may buy it in another color. Great soap and splash pairing...WSP Blackbeard and Bootlegger's Bay Rum work well together.

Another plus...we got a new bathroom vanity with a new sink/basin. Makes the shave experience even better!

I think I'm going to play the lottery today!

Happy Shaves, Everyone.

Today I shaved with the dermaplane set up and true to form left me BBS. I did nick a bump on my neck and brought some color to the party but other than that it was a great shave. With no irritation . I really enjoy the scent of this soap I'm not sure why I dont use it more often.

8.7/10 Due to the guy in the artwork stabbing my neck. Such a violent fellow.

Have a great day.

I can tell you're a fan of PAA's products. Good stuff!

Brush: Chisel & Hound / 26mm Oumo Handmaster
Soap: Ariana & Evans - Amber Rose
Razor: Rockwell 6S / R5 (further-polished)
Blade: Voskhod

8/10: Not a great shave, for reasons unrelated to what I was using, for sure. The pictures don‘t show the progress I’m making on the Rockwell, though I know it’ll never really shine the way some others do. Still, I think it looks better, and I’m happy I’m going this route. This soap is proving resilient to killing at this point.

Rainy Mitchell's Monday morning shave, 9/10, very good, if not spectacular, one tiny weeper:

Razor: Occam's OREN- two-dot head- performing well
Blade: Feather Pro (6)- still okay
Brush: Omega 10019- breaking in a bit, I left some soap in the brush and tossed in the mug to soak some more. Maybe the lanolin in the MWF will be a plus.
Soap: MWF homemade stick- great for travel
Post-shave: cold rinse, Clubman AS- felt the alcohol a little today

Have a wonderful week!
