It looks like a Goodwill to me. Someone more knowledgeable would know the number. It is not a 162 or 164 as they have a more stylized Art Deco look cap.

1909 Single Ring / Gillette 7-O clock (green)

34c with 7 o’clock and Mitchell wool fat (which I still struggle )

Best ever shave with this vintage razor and blade pairing. Very crisp, felt so smooth and comfortable. 3passes at setting 9-9-7 for a very close mostly bbs result.
