We are enjoying New Mexico pizzas with green Chile but we do miss the Hideaway in Edmond. We loved the Sicilian and the Pizza of the Gods.

Rigatoni with ricotta laced with nutmeg, a simple tomato sauce, and chicken sausage, topped with Mozz and baked.
Poutine makes everything better.
Meat loaf, mmmm, bought a top round roast(2.99) on sale and had win dixie grind it, they added 10% suet it looks like, it hardly shrunk at all, the rest of the meat I pressed into hamburger 1/4 lb patties.
Wife had to go out yesterday and happened to drive by Kentucky Fried Chicken, she brought home an 8 piece bucket the we cooked up mashed taters with gravy and corn on the cob.. first time having KFC in years...
It's just me right now, so two Banquet chicken pot pies out of the microwave and sliced pears. With a rum and root beer.

Just plain ol' hamburgers and chips tonight...nothing too interesting, save that I usually put some Japanese mayonnaise on mine...much more flavorful than American mayo.
I had deep fried blue slush at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) a few years back. Not turrible.

Warmed up precooked Pot Roast, Smashed Taters and Peas. English Breakfast Tea to wash it down. Sorry to say, I was not impressed.
I usually brush them with horse feathers and roll them in hens teeth.
