Razor: T2 Black Handle Superspeed
Blade: Wilkinson Sword - German (1)
Brush: Ever Ready 100T handle with synthetic knot
Soap: Mike's Peppermint & Rosemary
Aftershave: Speick
Rating: 9.7/10 - Learned that I need a steeper angle with the Superspeed than with my Krona. All in all an easy, comfortable DFS for summer break. :)

Wed 5th SOTD
Trying Soap by local vendor Ekotopia
Soap Lime and Coconut
Bowl Ceramic
Brush Yaqi 26mm Lucky Dice Tuxedo
Razor RR Game Changer.84 SB
Blade Elios Inoxidable 5th
Post & Aftershave
Ice Water + Special Thayers Mix
Hyaluronic + Reuzel Wood & Spice
Beta testing some soaps by a local vendor. There are 4 varieties. I am testing the best scent among all...Lime & Coconut! Just use a small piece to lather in the bowl. Easy to lather but found it to be not as dense nor creamy. Kinda airy with much bubbles. Lather also dissipates while on the face too. Feels some minor irritation...hmmmm..
Shave with razor paired with blade was very nice. Smooth and comfortable. Blade is still good. 3+1 multiple passes without any issues. DFS++ Great post & aftershave. Rating 9/10

Razor: Gillette ball end Tech, nickel plated, with diamond Gillette logo on top cap, 1957
Blade: Feather Hi Stainless (5 and binned)
Brush: RazoRock Barber 24 synthetic
Soap: Stirling Coniferous
Rating: 8.5

This morning's shave on two days of growth. I like the Coniferous soap: great lather - not too thick and not too watery with staying power and cushioning; the scent is like an evergreen forest. Unfortunately, the Feather blade was at its end of life, pulling and tugging and giving me two nicks. The end result was a DFS with detectable stubble remaining on the mustache area, chin, sideburn areas, and neck after WTG/XTG/ATG passes and a lot of buffing.

So ends my first use of a Feather blade in the Tech: Shave 1 was great, as expected of a Feather, Shaves 2-3 were the equal of any other sharp, smooth blade, and Shaves 4-5 were not worthwhile, pulling and tugging and requiring a lot of buffing for acceptable results.

Fatip Piccolo Mk2
Perma-Sharp Super (6)
Semogue 1250
365 glycerin soap wash
Fine Green Vetiver soap
Dickinson's witch hazel
LEA 3-in-1 balm with mild alcohol and menthol

Clean, close shave; DFS

Notes:
This could have been an "accidiental" BBS but I messed up and over-shaved a little bit. Good thing the LEA balm soothes and calms the skin very well (it's more of a lotion, really; not greasy at all) .

The Perma-Sharp Super is a good blade, but in the Fatip I prefer the Wizamet/Polsilver a bit more. I could go a few more shaves with this blade, but it's time for a change.

Wednesday morning shave

Razor: Merkur 1904
Blade: Feather (3) tossed
Brush: Vielong Horse
Soap: Proraso White
Post: Pinaud Clubman

Really like using my soft, floppy horse hair brush. Such a different feel with almost no backbone but a champion at face painting. Straightforward Proraso does the job. A very nice shave this morning.

Today's shave

Razor: Gillette Old Type
Blade: Gillette Nacet (7)
Soap: Phoenix & Beau Imperial Rum (sample)
Brush: Vie-Long BGS 2012 Butterscotch Beehive in Natural Horse
AS: Pinaud Clubman Virgin Island Bay Rum

Rating:9/10

I'm really enjoying the P&B soap, but this Imperial Rum scent doesn't do it for me.

RR MJ 90a ...Ming Shi blade ( 1 )
Green Tweed glycerin puck
Semogue 1305
Hibiclens post shave
Curve aftershave
Cremo bourbon beard oil
7 out of 10.. The MJ90 is just to mild for my leather skin after 50+ years in the sun. Was like trying to shave hair off and old boot.

Thur Morning Shave.

Razor: Gillette Fatboy
Blade: Lord Super Stainless
Brush: Simpsons Duke 3 Manchurian
Lather: TOBS Sandalwood soap, melted in mug
Post: Thayers WH

Rating: 9.5/10. 1 small nick. Comfortable post-shave feel, no stinging

Fatboy dialed up to #5, I had a more efficient shave than when set on #4 yesterday. After 3 passes + touch ups, managed BBS with 1 nick under chin which I blame on the blades inability to cut atg effectively.

Very nice second shave with a new razor. Still getting to know this razor but liking it a lot already. The slightly shorter blade is proving to have some advantages.

Spread soft soap on face then work on it with the brush. Good results. Creamy and slick with nice lemony scent.
Shave with razor paired with blade was even better than yesterday's expensive razor! So very smooth...so very comfortable and efficient! BBS to DFS result. 3+1 multiple passes without any issues. Blade still sharp. Post & Aftershave was excellent. Good lather and even better razor/blade combination!
