Razor: T2 Black Handle Superspeed
Blade: Wilkinson Sword - German (8 or 9, starting to tug)
Brush: Ever Ready 100T with synthetic knot
Soap: Mike's Orange, Cedarwood, & Black Pepper
Aftershave: Speick
Rating: 9.5/10 - Small nick on my chin, but it might be an old cut I opened up. Will head back to the Krona for my next few shaves.

I've just had this shave consisting of “stuff” I’ve not used for a while, that has been languishing in the nooks and crannies of the bathroom. They have not been neglected, simply patiently waiting, while newer items have arrived for me to try. Although the Merkur 37C can be a touch scary.

Razor: Merkur 37C Slant
Blade: Gillette Wilkinson Sword (Germany)
Soap: Stirling Soap’s Margaritas In the Arctic
Brush: Yaqi Aqua Blue synthetic
Pre-shave: PAA Cube
Post-shave: Humphreys’ Cucumber & Melon Toner
Bowl: QShave shaving scuttle

For me the soap was the star. I’d forgotten how fresh and chilling that menthol can be! The WS blade is sharp too and despite going carefully I did pick up a couple of small weepers, but managed a damn fine shave with the 37C. I remember why I don’t use it regularly, which is because the slanted blade makes delicate work under the nose on the tip lip, awkward as you have to move along the blade edge to find the bite point. However overall, I’ve enjoyed a comfortable, close shave! Love the Humphreys' too!

Tabac Thursday
First time with the famous Tabac.
Scent was nothing that I expected even after reading ton of reviews and post on the scent. So I would say its a hard to describe scent. Concerning the performance, it was like I've red, thick lather and good slickness.
Thought pairing with clubman for a first and it was a good match.

Soap : Tabac stick scooped in a bowl

What does Aramis Havana smell like?

There is a lot going on with Havana. I catch citrus, coriander, tobacco, leather, rum, spices, a floral note. After a bit, I think there is some patchouli and cedar.

Fairly strong scent. Reasonably long lived.

Matched up really well with the Santa Maria Del Fiore Sapone Da Barba and Santa Maria Del Fiore Lozione Dopo-Barba.

Still getting used to the Fatip Slant but find it extremely enjoyable. My B&M lathering skills need more time to get up to speed, first time i did not add enough water and this time too much, according to Goldilocks principal the next time should be just right. I have dry skin from a bad sunburn due to hauling bales on the hottest day of the year which was not helping and primary cause for this receiving a 7.5/10.

Pre: Col Conk PreShave Oil
Brush: Semogue 830
Soap: Barrister and Mann Seville lathered in a bowl
Razor: Fatip Slant
Blade: Astra SS
After: Thayers Witch Hazel Original and Nivea Sensitive Skin After Shave Balm

Bowl/Scuttle:- None

Soap/Cream:- Cella Almond
