Quietly going nuts

Take your time healing, the great shaves and nice Semogue brush will be there when you are ready. As someone who has had 2 major reconstructive surgeries on the left shoulder I cannot echo the PT advice enough. The pain and stiffness can be worked through in PT but you have to put in the work. It’s frustrating and humbling but very worth it. Get well soon!

Thanks fellas. Thought today would be the day, but shoulder spasmed and locked up while I was showering. Not yet.

Semogue 610 showed up today, stoked to try that wee thing, it looks cool.
Take magnesium...it will help with any spasm and relax muscles.

Thank the Lord, it could have been much worse.

Heal up and carry on.

The 610 is on my wishlist. It reminds me of a small Opal brush I have to refurbish and thought about getting it to keep them side by side.

Finally. It was GLORIOUS. 10/10

Well done, glad you're on the mend. PT sucks, but having been through a couple of knee injuries, it was worth the pain and inconvenience to be able to move afterwards, Stick with it and don't rush things.
