I'd never heard of shovelglove until now - looks like a really good functional workout!

Some smart engineer invented it. The information is all free online. Not much to buy (six pound hammer works fine, leather gloves). I do it first thing in the morning after making coffee for my wife. I wear my flip flops, shorts and a tee shirt. Don't have to drive anywhere. Don't have a bunch of equipment. Works everything - top to bottom - with maybe slight emphasis on upper body, back, and, especially your deep core.

After a few months you'll see significant improvements in your strength. They say it makes you country strong!

Yeah, I really like Shovelglove.

Happy shaves,

Jim
