The yellowish/gold label is for the vegan WK. I ordered the vegan because all my friends have ordered the tallow. I did it to compare thoughts. I find the non-tallow super slick, it's easy to load more product than is necessary, and it is a very thirsty soap. Perhaps it's the most thirsty soap I own. It really loves water added to it, and I've never reached the point of over saturating it.
