Well done - it's great when you achieve an elusive goal.
Yesterday at the gym went quite well; I held a flag for longer than usual on my not-so-good side and made a bit of progress in my training for a planche (plank-type hold with only the hands in contact with the ground / bars etc). I was feeling quite pleased with myself then I saw this:
92 years old and she does a really decent planche at about 42 seconds into the video. Puts things in perspective!
