I'm testing it for a travel razor. I got an excellent shave for a cheap cart razor. No nicks or weepers and minimal irritation. Its a winner! The Guard certainly qualifies as a cart in my book!

I’m surprised by how much I like the Ultra Plus X.
It looks disconcerting but once you hold it in your hand you appreciate the genius of it.

It actually did a fantastic job! I was surprised how good. No nicks or weepers and no irritation. Definitely going to be my travel razor from now on, at least when I cant bring a DE.It's a very nice design in my opinion.
It does. How did you like it?

I hope the bubble has popped. That's a nice looking razor. I bet if we could do a graph of Techmatic prices over the last three months, we would see we just had a bubble and it's now about to or has popped. Funny how things fly below the radar until the anniversary of XY or Z and then they get renewed popularity.
First cart with individually moving blades. Gillette retooled for the Sensor. It's my favorite cartridge razor.Gillette Sensor, (1)
Always impressed with the sharp but smooth shave from the sensor.
